Worked for Ross Stores in Gainesville area for close to three years dealt with customers and staff as the Store Manager. My priorities were training, hiring, and increasing sales. Ultimately, responsbile for entire store and entire staff. Worked for Linens-n-Things in Gainesville as a Merchandise Manager. Performed many different tasks however main duties were to train new employees, hard lines, and backroom. My teaching style is very specific to each student I tutor. I try to tailor my thoughts so that any student at any level in the subject can understand me. At the teaching center, the focus was to help guide the student to get the correct answer and not just give the answer. Sometimes the thinking process to achieving the correct answer is more important than the answer itself. I also try using diagrams and figures when they are called for to explain some of the topics.
