My goal as a teacher is to help children appreciate learning and have fun while doing. I beleive that we all learn in different ways and a person should use a learning strategy that works best for them. I am available to help your child succeed academically. I have had much experience working with children of all ages in the Education Field as a Primary Teacher for Head Start and CIS after school program. I know that this is what I have been called to do and I enjoy doing.
I have worked in the Education field for 9 years. I started off as a substitute teacher and later became a "permanent substitute" in 2002. In this same year, I also became a class monitor for Psycho-Edu with the Johnson Co. School System. These jobs both required me to help teach elementary students in every subject.

I enjoy teaching children of all ages. Learning can be fun as long as you can relate it to something that the child is interested in. Gaining the knowledge that is taught in middle school and high school only helps the child to further education. I believe learning should be fun and enjoyable. I obtained my Associates of Science Degree in Biology at Macon State College completing courses in Anatomy and Physiology, Biology, Chemistry, Organic Chemistry and Calculus. I then completed my Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology at Valdosta State University. I have been driven to excel in college and in my career in logistics. I've graduated from two of the top universities in the US, and retired from the USAF as a Major. I'm also a graduate of Air War College. I've traveled the world as an instructor navigator and defense contractor, learning about many cultures and religions. In addition to Spanish, I also speak Turkish. I also owned my own logistics services business, winning a contract with the USAF.
