I enjoy working with children and feel that they each have their own individual learning style. At times, I feel that conventional educational methods may fail some children. Educators must learn to be flexible, and allow students to learn in the style that they feel most comfortable. I encourage students to see the wonder and "mystery" (there really isn't any mystery) of Math, regardless of the level, in the real world. To that aid, I try to present real world problems at levels the student can understand.
