New Experiences New Knowledge

My teaching style is to meet the student and learn his or her personality. Each student is a different individual with different learning styles. When you can incorporate the perfect learning style with each individual to match his or her own interests, the student will actually learn and retain the knew information.
I have enjoyed life to the fullest and in the same sense gained most of my experience from enjoying the companies of others. I have traveled and lived in other countries. I have an engineering background with a BS and Masters degree in Electrical Engineering. An engineering degree requires a significant background in math and science. While in college I had such a love for math that I took math classes as electives and became a math tutor for college math. My most recent experience is that of an Instructor in math and science.
I convey to each student a never give up attitude and show confidence in their ability to understand the material. Each problem will be explained to the student and I will encourage every student to ask questions. After the student gains confidence in working problems together then I will have the student work a similar problem by themselves to confirm their level of understanding. After the student works the problem I will go over it and correct any mistakes in their work .
