I usually try to have fun and work at the same time. I like when both (pupil and teacher) feel comfortable.
I have been teaching piano in France for 4 years, and now 1 year in the U.S. I have never taught French but now my level in English is getting better, I would be able to teach French without problems. A Little Bit About Me...

I have studied Spanish for 15 years and have lived in Costa Rica and Miami where I was required to speak Spanish daily for school and for work. I have had tutored Spanish professionally for seven years and have many long-term clients, both young and old. I have also tutored college level accounting, economics and finance, as well as math and english for grade school through high school. My youngest client thus far is four and my oldest is 72. I have experience tutoring at all ages and skill levels.
I enjoying tutoring all subjects, but Spanish is certainly my passion. I develop new lessons for each meeting based on the needs of the client. I love teaching all ages, but have experience working with college freshman. I believe that these students are at an age where they need to realize their dreams and need help to gain confidence within themselves. My strong point is within Math, but also comprehension. Written words and puzzles are not always easily understood. Some people need facts to help them learn or examples.
I have worked with college students in the past, working with comprehensive learning and mathematics. I learned that each student understands in their own personal way; some learn by seeing something concrete and for others it is working through the steps in the problem that helps them understand. I have been teaching 3rd grade Sunday School for two years. I have been assisting my children in an educational capacity for over 7 years. I have experience in a preschool setting, volunteering with children ages 3-13, and also as a tutor to dyslexic and ADD/ADHD children. I am also a writer currently engaged in finishing my first novel.
