Highly Qualified Certified Master Teacher

Tutoring differs from teaching in that "style" is replaced by method. Some of the methods I have used in the past are rhythm and music, neumonic devices, and of course, drill and practice. I have been told that I am gifted with presenting material in novel ways.

A Little Bit About Me...

I currently have five years of teaching experience. I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS degree from the University of South Florida in the fall of 2005. When teaching first grade, I was responsible for educating children ages 6-8 in all of the fundamental areas. I managed to create a loving, encouraging and educationally exciting learning environment for each and every one of my students on a daily basis. A Little Bit About Me...

As a graduate from SUNY Cortland, I was always interested in teaching young adults to exceed their expectations. I have earned my bachelor's degree in elementary education and tutored and written curriculum for over 15 years. I acheived my Master's Degree in 2007 in the field of reading, after seeing the growth of illiteracy, I decided I wanted to make a difference in the field of reading.
