As a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, I have a proven track record of success. I am currently pursuing a MS Degree at Full Sail University and my current GPA is a 4.0. I completed my BA degree in Music in 2007. While studying at UNC I took extensive course in Education and during that time was pursuing an Education Degree as part of the NC Teaching Fellows Program. I have worked in several schools and academic programs since August of 2003. These programs have given me the opportunity to both teacher and tutor students on all grade levels.

My teaching style is a mixture of direct instruction and discovery based learning whose components depend on the student(s) at hand. I've been known to make generalized lesson plans and improvise as I go, because every class is different, and too strict of a plan is destructive and boring for the students. Students typically need things explained to them in many different ways to garner a solid understanding of any topic, but especially upper level math and physics.
