I began tutoring as a high school student and throughout college I continued to tutor privately. I hired on at a tutoring agency in October of 2000 and was with them for almost 4 years. I continued private tutoring after leaving the agency and also worked briefly as a tutor during an off track period. I have tutored in many subjects, including English, mathematics and various other subjects at different levels. I have worked with students K-12 as well as adults.
After working at Outdoor Science School for the last two years, I have changed in the ways I approach children and their learning. There are so many different learning styles, as there are many different children.
