I would describe my teaching style as flexible. I believe that students learn differently and it's up to the teacher to adjust accordingly. My greatest asset as a teacher is my patience. If a student doesn't get it it's no problem. We just do it again and perhaps in a different manner. I tutoring when in high school. I continued to tutor while I was getting my undergrad. I tutored college students from my college and those surrounding me. I have taught at an adult school for a summer while I was getting me credential. It was very rewarding helping people receive their GED and better their lives.I also interned at a Junior High, teaching math. Once I received my credential, I worked at an independent study program for at risk students and again felt great about making a difference in these student's lives. I also got my masters in Psychology and my multiple subject credential at this time.
