Teaching Assistant at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. I was in charge of teaching 2 classes per semester, both Elementary and Intermediate classes. I was in charge of developing lesson plans, tests, quizzes, and all homework, as well as meeting with students in my office hours. French is a beautiful language and I love being able to teach it to others who want to learn. I have always expressed an interest in the education field since graduating high school. I earned my AA as well as my BA while serving on active duty in the Army. I was in the military for 8 years and recently seperated to persue a civilian career in order to be closer to my family. While I was in the military I found myself in leadership positions as well as instructor positions throughout varies activities in my career. I am currently in the process of receiving my Masters in Education with a Curriculum Development degree. I very much enjoy teaching in a setting where the students feel comfortable enough to both learn and express themselves.
