All through my career my focus has been to teach to the needs of the individual student. I believe that learning is fun. I believe that all students can learn, given the proper encouragement. I have fun when I teach. I have very high expectations for my students, all of which have experienced some sort of difficulty in the educational system. I hold a provisional Teaching Certification from the State of Michigan; I have begun the process of transferring it to the State of Florida. A Masters degree in Education is in my near future. Prior to moving to Florida I was a football and softball coach for close to 10 years while serving the school district as a long term substitute in several capacities including Elementary and Special Education assignments.
