A Little Bit About Me...

My style is to make learning fun. I take the boring and make it exciting and learnable without torturing the student. I weed out the things that are not important and focus on the important so that I do not waste the student’s time. I have a lot of silly and humorous little things that will stick in the student’s mind to help with retention.
I have been an executive on Wall Street, a Chief Financial Officer, a Comptroller. I have either started or been a key player in ten start-up ventures. I have taught a two credit course in personal finance, been a lecturer for economics courses at Richard Stockton State College, been a substitute on the high school level and have been a business instructor at the Harris Business School. This is often a result of inadequate teaching practices which fail to recognize individual learning differences in students. My goal in teaching is to individualize the learning process for each student, so that the student understands and retains knowledge and is able to explain what they learned.
