A Little Bit About Me...

I have worked with students of all ages. I have taught elementary all the way to college level students. I have taught basic math,algebra, trigonometry, pre-calculus, calculus and SAT math. I graduated from electrical engineering school. I understand what it takes to bring students up to speed. Over the years I have learned that students did not understand the subject because they did not master the basics. Math is like solving the puzzle, one has to master the previous course before moving on to the next.

With my background and degree being in music, I have enjoyed finding creative ways to induce wonder and enthusiasm for learning in my students. I have always accomplished this with the utmost patience, consideration and respect. This last quality in my style (respect of my students) has received much positive feedback throughout my teaching and mentoring.
