I finished my high school in Peru and after that I went to Barcelona(spain) to study music. I started playing guitar 10 years ago but playing like 12 hours per day, I took it really serious, I started teaching 5 years ago, and right now is what I do, I work with bands playing in bars, casinos, or recording sessions, and I give private lessons, I work at Rhythm fire school of music in olympia also. I teach all ages, I have a lot of music experience, right now I'm a student following the AA degree at South Puget Sound.
I really enjoy teaching, I have kids that love completely different kinds of music and is fun to discover what they really like, what I do is really simple I just motivate my students teaching them what they really want to learn, I have to learn songs that they really like and show them how to play them in an easy way using music theory and harmony so they understand ... read more

In 1972, I was introduced to a 12 year old Taiwanese girl who had been living in the United States with her sister's family for about one year. Anna attended Denny Junior High School, spoke very little English, and was having a very difficult time at school and at home. I tutored Anna in mathematics in 7th and 8th grades. In ninth grade, she was able to make B grades in her math classes without my intervention. Anna graduated from Sealth High School in about 1976 and, shortly after became manager of a Fred Meyer's auto parts department.
