I encourage students to question problem solving methods in order to understand the fundamentals. After an explanation of the material I often follow up with several example problems to help students test their mastery of the subject. I do not emphasize memorizing equations, because students do not learn about the physical phenomena by memorization. I was a dedicated student throughout high school and college. I earned my Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University. I know work as a systems engineer performing mission analysis on guidance, navigation, and control aspects of rocket systems. I also mentor a FIRST robotics high school team. In 6 weeks we design and manufacture a robot to play a unique game set out each year. Through this experience I have a strong educational background and first hand mentoring experience.
