When I first attended college I studied elementary education. I put my education on hold to stay at home and raise my children. During that time I was a compulsive volunteer with different support groups within the school system. In addition, it is critical that the tutor is doing age-appropriate practice exercises with the student. In addition, there has to be a lot of variety. Students do get bored.
