A Little Bit About Me...

My approach is to encourage students to define their learning goals and then to discover how the learning the content can help them achieve their goals. I like to use real life examples to help students recall what they have learned. I am less interested in rote memorization. I tend to be structured and patient.
I am a seasoned veteran of working for a large agency with multiple responsibilities across the State of Virginia.
