I am very aware that everyone learns at different levels and in different ways. I am observant and mindful of this in teaching. I have worked with children with special needs for many years. Also, teaching ESL has helped me become a strong teacher because it has made me excellent with non verbal communication. It is important to have a stimulating environment for students. Indeed I have developed and perfected my communication and writing skills from writing research papers, laboratory reports, essays and public presentations of my work.
