I love working with children. I believe that all children can learn, but each child learns in a different way. In order to help a student, you must find out how they learn. You also must find their passion. With this information (passion and learning style), you can help any student succeed. Many of my students have been considered as slow, but once I began working with them, I realized that they just lacked the basic skills. From my experiences teaching acting in Durham NC I know education can I know that learning can be fun. I hold a Bachelor's from UNC Greensboro where I majored in Psychology and theater arts, but also took many literature credits to fulfill a special educational program in which I was placed. this program was for gifted students.
