I believe a child can learn any subject put before him/her. With the belief that a child can learn, it is my challenge to find out what style of learning best fits each child being tutored. When teaching I take the time to present materials one way, and if the student doesn't comprhend I will present it another way. My goal is to help each student meet his or her potential. I graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2006 wiht a degree in Psychology. While attending USM I taught a combined class Of 3rd And 4th grades. for the past 16 years I have tutor Reading, Math, History, and basic science to children in my family and community. I also substitute teach for 3 school districts.

I graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi where I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Deaf Education. I loved working with the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, but it was extremely hard finding a job doing that in my area. Due to that fact, I started tutoring as many kids from the local schools as much as possible and I loved doing it. That also motivated me to work on adding endorsements to my teaching license so that I can teach regular education as well. I’ve added Special Education (k-12) and Social Studies (7-12) and I am working on adding English and Math as well. I am excited about given the opportunity to work in the school system. I believe that all children should learn no matter what their ability or disability may be.
