I love teaching children. When we see a student struggling, a teacher should go to all ends to the Earth to make sure that student succeeds in the classroom. If students do not feel like they can succeed in the classroom, then they are going to fell like they cannot succeed in life. A teacher’s job does not stop once the school day ends. Whatever we do or say in the classroom stays with those students once they leave the school building. Teachers are planting seeds in these students for them to be able to grow in life. I have 17 years in the classroom and 5 years of education to attain this. I still make myself available to help any student who needs it even though I have left the classroom. I have also substituted for 3 years at all grade levels. I have had to write many papers during my educational experience. My students had to write essays as part of their testing and do extensive research to write papers to enhance their experience in the classroom.
All students learn at different levels. I like to incorporate all the learning styles of students. Some learn by hands-on, others by listening, and some by writing. These are all used by me.
