I am a recent graduate from the University of Florida from the College of Education with a BA in Elementary Education. I entered the ProTeach program during my junior year at UF. I have been exposed to a lot of teaching strategies and ideas that have been used in the classroom from the past until the present. I try to discover these learning styles before I begin the tutoring process. I try to allow them to be comfortable and having fun during our sessions. Most of the time I do a lot of question/conversation responses to allow them to find the answer for themselves. I like a problem based learning style, even for the youngest of children.
