I believe that all children are capable of learning; however it is important to remember that children have various learning styles. Some children may be auditory, textile or visual learners. Every child has the potential to learn. However, every child is different and therefore, learns differently. It is important for an educator to understand this. A Little Bit About Me...

My philosophy of education is that all students can learn, and it is up to us as teachers to present materials in a way for their understanding. In the classroom with the use of differntiated instruction and tiered assignments I think this helps reach most learners. I also think the use of manipulatives in the classroom help those students who are more hands-on.
