I hold a BA in English from Saint Olaf College and studied a variety of subjects during my time in the Liberal Arts program. I have worked with many college graduates helping them prepare for the GRE in both the English and Math sections, as well as assisting high school students in preparing for their SATs and ACTs. As a psychology major, at the beginning of my education, I discovered that I had a love and talent for mathematics. Thus I pursued a dual degree in Psychology and Math. I started tutoring algebra and calculus as soon as I learned the subjects, recieving straight A's all through community college. In the Psychology Department I ended up teaching my own statistics class, later teaching statistics as a community college instructor for the Los Angeles College District.
