I always remember having a passion for education, for example my favorite game as a child was school where I got to be the teacher. Thus, I thought I had found my niche once I became a certified schoolteacher and secured my first teaching assignment. I was enamored with my students and the learning process. However, my enthusiasm quickly dissipated when the reality of “schooling” was revealed. I no longer felt joy, but heartache at the systemic annihilation of inner-city children. I am a CPA with a Master's Degree in Taxation and a BS degree in Accounting. I have teaching experience with Robert Morris having taught Intermediate Accounting in 1984. I also have taught various accounting and tax seminars and continuing education classes.
