At the same time, I started teaching part time at a learning center. In the past three years I have been able to help students of all ages from first grade through college. For the past year I have been teaching an ACT prep class for high school students.

A Little Bit About Me...

I have taught and tutored College level Economics, Statistics, Management, and Several Agricultural Economics courses for over twenty years in six different universities and colleges in Africa and in the United States. I also have three years experience of tutoring elementary and high school maths in the US.
At college level, I lecture, write on the chalk board, give handouts, give and grade class and home assignments, and provide where necessary, one on one tutoring supported with several examples. At lower level tutoring, I follow any official guidelines provided or I listen to student's or students' problems to determine the weak points where they need help and I then work with the student(s) after developing an appropriate strategy for helping the student(s).
