My comments on tutoring Musical : 20 years playing and performance experience. Over 10 years teaching experience. Can teach all brass (trumpet, trombone, French horn, baritone/euphonium, tuba) as well as theory and composition.

I believe in tailoring each lesson to each student's individual abilities and learning methods. For students in school bands, I try to provide lessons that augment and complement what they learn in band class, focusing on areas of performance that may not receive attention in a group setting. For all my students, regardless of level or instrument, I help them learn music that they want to learn, while making sure they get the fundamental training that they need. I encourage and assist my students in finding opportunities to perform in solo performances and with other groups.
