Teaching to me is a vocation and not just a job. I enjoy helping children achieve their peek potential in the subject matter at hand. My teaching experience is mostly in private school settings and I taught public school for a year. I am currently waiting to be certified in Spanish in Virginia and will be taking the courses necessary to become a certified teacher in the near future. I am currently in my 7th year as an Exceptional Children's Teacher. My most recent position consists of being an Algebra I Inclusion teacher where I am responsible for going into the general education classroom providing educational assistance to students with special needs primarily while assisting everyone else collectively while present.

A Little Bit About Me...

I have taught in the public/private school systems in Hampton Roads for many years. I hold a VA State Certification which allows me to teach any subject in grades 1-7 and 4-8. I am also a Physical Education Minor. I have spent the majority of my career teaching Math in grades 6-8, concentrating on Pre-Algebra. I love teaching the subject and want my students to love it as well.
