A Little Bit About Me...

I have a very unique teaching style in that I like to incorporate many different presentation methods and I am a firm believer of teaching to multiple intelligences. No two students learn the same way and if the student is not learning the teacher is just as responsible as the student. This being said I have used many different teaching methods from having the students performing, and singing to setting up shops to buy and sell products. If one method did not reach some of the students, I would go out of my way to create a lesson that involved these particular students. As a graduate of Lehigh University, I am interested in helping others learn about the subjects that I had become well acquainted with. I have a BA in Anthropology which I believe makes me a great candidate to teach a broad array of subjects including reading and writing, history, art, and cultural studies. In addition I have taken many art and architecture classes which makes me an ideal candidate for a holistic learning experience.
As a young man I had several problems with math. It turns out that I was unable to visualize what the equations meant in abstract algebra and calculus.
