My comments on tutoring Government : I taught a high school government class for 4 months as part of my student teaching in a Utah high school.

I am loving, patient, and fun.
I am a very patient and loving person and am great with people. I graduated in History Teaching and secondary education. I have been in the schools at all levels as part of my curriculum, as well as voluntary work and as a substitute. I also worked as an ESL teacher for two years, speak Portuguese fluently, and speak a little bit of Spanish. So I have a lot of teaching experience. A Little Bit About Me...

Due to my love of reading and writing I have chosen to pursue a degree in the Classics at Whitman College. In 2007 I was asked by a professor to privately tutor another student in Latin. I joined the team at the Academic Resource Center and have been tutoring college students in English and other writing-intensive courses ever since. I spent two years teaching and tutoring Autistic children. I aided in routine skills, verbal skills and dealing with change. I have worked with two different children on these skills. I also have extensive skills in writing and researching for my research papers. I also have great knowledge of APA format and can write an essay in no time flat.
I love working with children. I have helped with pre-K and grade school children with an emphasis on working with Autistic children. All children can succeed in school given the right tools; just because they do not get the idea from one method does not mean that they won't get it from a different method. I think that all children can learn regardless of age, learning ability or other status, if given a chance.
