While in highschool, I was approached by several of my Advanced Placement teachers to assist and tutor various Elementary and Middle School children in the district. I continued with these tutoring sessions throughout the remainder of my highschool education, having 3-4 students at one time, focusing on subjects such as History/Social Sciences, English, Math (Algebra and Geometry) and Science (Botany, Anatomy, Biology, and Chemistry.) I realized through these experiences that I wanted to help people learn and become accomplished. Later, I decided to student teach in graduate school.
