I have been dancing for 18 years and l have been teaching for 5 I am trained in Ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, and contemporary. I went to a tech school were i studied visual and performing arts. I still take master classes to keep my skills sharp and I work with all ages. I also have background in cheer work with some gymnastics. I am a visual learner by nature so I tend to teach in a visual manner. I was a cheerleader from 7th grade until my junior year of college at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown where i was a flyer on their competition squad. I also coached a junior rah rah camp throughout high school. I attended the University of Pittsburgh where I majored in social work with a minor in sociology and was one class shy of obtaining my ASL certification. I then graduated and spent a year working as a feeding specialist at The Children's Institute of Pittsburgh. I have cheered ever since I was in kindergarden and I continued cheering for school all the way up until I graduated. I was cheerleading captain my junior and senior year of high school. I also cheered for Beaver County Coyotes which is an all-star team. Currently I am cheering for college football and basketball at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
