Experience Summary
I am a dedicated woman, who values education. I am also a well rounded person. I am able to proficiently speak English (my native language), Spanish, and Italian. As an undergraduate, I acquired both a BS and a BA, demonstrating wide range of abilities. I worked as a high school Spanish teacher, a third grade Spanish teacher, economics tutor, and also tutored students in my free time during my post graduate work in pre medical studies at Penn State University in University Park, PA. I have extensive writing, math, science, research, laboratory, and language skills. I am open-minded and well traveled.
Teaching Style
I have an extensive background in teaching and tutoring people of all ages and subject areas. I am extremely patient and empathetic. I also am a hard worker and understand the complexity of learning. I believe that each learner is unique and therefore teaching must be based on the style of the learner. I believe that I have an intuition into how to help people reach their maximum potential in learning. I value education and am eager to share it with others. I am also extremely enthusiastic and inspirational in my methods of teaching.
