As both a teacher and a counselor I have worked to develop a teaching style that is student focused. In order to do that I want to inspire and challenge the student to reveal their abilities and interests and track them as they develop. The student and I will set specific goal areas with attainable steps, so that we can both check the progress. A Little Bit About Me...

As a special education teacher, I am highly motivated to see all students succeed both inside and outside of the classroom setting. I have earned a bachelor degree in Political Science with a minor in History and a master's degree in both Elementary and Special Education. I am currently finishing my certification in working with English Language Learners and receiving my ESL endorsement. I have worked extensively in the core classes in a high school setting but have worked and trained with all subjects in elementary and secondary settings.
