Some people can read and immediately understand. Others need the repetition of hands-on experience. Most recently I was an educational liaison in an alternative classroom in the Pocono Mountain School District. I worked for a technology company providing online curriculum for the students. While in the classroom, I tutored the students in all subject areas where they had difficulty, but specifically concentrating on tutoring the math courses.
