I like to be presented with the material at hand and evaluate what the child/student knows before I dive in. After this initial assessment, I take more of an interactive approach. I constantly offer feedback and guide the student in reaching the correct answers without just giving them away. I am almost finished at Cleveland Community College with my teacher degree in childhood education for children with special needs.
