A Little Bit About Me...

I recently moved to Arizona and received my substitute teaching certificate. I am a new college Graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Ag Leadership and Development. My degree helped me understand how individuals learn and process information. It also helped me understand and respect people of different cultures, religions and races. I learned many different teaching mechanisms and strategies to educate individuals. While in high school I was very involved in 4-H and other extracurricular activities. I worked closely with children on leadership and educational projects. I feel that I am more than qualified for this position.

I love working with and helping our young ones grow not only mentally but to do it and they have a sense of pride about themselves in the end.I encourage and push and I definately wont do it for them but I'm there for support and questions.

I strive for diversity of skill set. I obtained my degree in Law and Justice at which time I made the switch from fourteen years enlisted Air Force and joined the ranks of Air Force officer. I have spanned career endeavors to include paralegal, contracting, air operations, aircraft command and control and my new desire to teach. I will then explain to them and make it as clear as possible so they can understand better the subject they are having trouble with. Once done with my explanation, I will have them work out problems to show me they really understand the subject. It is very important to be patient with every student because some are fast learners and some are slow learners.
