I am a teacher who realizes all students can improve if they receive motivation and instruction appropriate to their specific circumstance. I believe it is important to encourage individuality, creativity, critical thinking, and determination in all subject areas. Ideally, every assignment should be relevant and challenging, but tempered with access to a patient teacher.
