Each child is different. I always try to notice and acknowledge what benefits each student, as I think this applies to all forms of teaching from academics to athletics. Getting on their level is what ultimately benefits the child from the get go and gains their interest. If I'm interested, then the child is interested. When I substitute teach, there is not always a need to have to teach something but I am very happy when that times comes.
