I am currently in school for my Masters in Teaching. At the completion of my program, I will be certified to teach grades one through eight. I have spent the last six months working with Kindergarten, First grade, and Third grade students in my field placement. Prior to starting school, I had three years of training experience in the political field. That was done in large groups ranging from 20 to 100 participants. I have sons ages 17 and 20, and continually took an active role in fostering their education. From the time they first set foot in kindergarten, through high school, I regularly volunteered, supporting their and the schools’ needs. While attending UW-Whitewater I completed my Observation and Participation at Golda Meir in Milwaukee for 4th grade, completed my Field Study at Palmyra-Eagle High School for grades 9-12, and have just completed my Student Teaching at BlackHawk Middle School on Madison's East Side for 8th grade.
