I am currently a Biology Major at the University of Southern Maine. I have completed my degree requirements for my BS, I’m finishing up by taking an additional 9 credits this semester before walking for graduation in the Spring, May 2011. During my four years in college I have taken 11 laboratory courses, providing me with extensive knowledge and experience in writing research papers, lab reports and scientific reviews. I have experience in math, reaching a Calculus level; completion of upper level courses in Chemistry, Statistics, and Physics; a variety of liberal arts courses. I was an assistant girl’s high school basketball coach for two years, and have been tutoring high school and college students in math and science for two years. As passionate of a student as I am, I equally enjoy being an active part in another’s understanding and learning towards a new and challenging subject.
