My teaching style is tailored to each individual student's personality, etc. In May of 2010, I graduated with my B.S. Degree in Psychology and Sociology from Louisiana State University. In December 2012, I graduated from Nicholls State University with my M.A. Degree in Psychological Counseling. I was a substitute teacher at Ascension of Our Lord School for one year and taught all grade levels. While pursuing my undergraduate degree, I was the caregiver to an ADD/ADHD for one year. In addition, during my Master's Degree Internship, I provided counseling services to individuals, families, and groups of all ages, including special education children.

I recently graduated from Lewis University with an Elementary Education major and endorsements in language arts, math, and social studies. All four years of college, I was on the Deans list. I realy understand both my general education courses along with my teaching methods courses. I have had numerous teaching experiences in the classroom along with my 16 week student teaching experience in 2nd grade. My experience has allowed me to become an effective teacher in all the content areas. I instructed many math concpets, reading lessons, guided reading lessons at numerous reading levels, etc. I really working with students and sharing my passion for learning with them.
