I contact the student to know what subjects they need. I go to their home and meet them and their parents. I agree with them a schedule or they let me know when they need my help. I go to their house the agreed day and check what he/she knows about the subject to study. I assign to them different exercises like a pre-test. Every problem that they make wrong indicates to me that I need to explain that class. I don't go ahead until the student understands completely. I assign to them different exercises in order to see is they improve their knownledges. If the student want, we can study by a chat, when it is neccesary and they can send me the homework to review.

Upon enrolling my children in school, I decided to be an active part of their education. So, I assisted their teachers with everything I could. Eventually, I became a trusted part of the school system (an honorary teacher, so to speak). They began giving me more responsibilities, concerning the children of the school. I tutored hundreds of students to increase their FCAT results, single-handedly; I corrected documents, daily; I worked on setting up the computers for the teachers and students, and I trained both to use them.
