After graduating from UCI, I studied abroad in Spain. Beginning with the intermediate level, I achieved the advanced level in 3 months. Later, in Peace Corps, I trained in Kyrgyz language, and reached the advance level in 10 weeks where I also learned successful methods of intensive training, and continue to apply it in my classrooms. I recently completed my two-year Peace Corps service in Kyrgyzstan teaching English and Spanish, using Russian and Kyrgyz. A Little Bit About Me...

I have a BA in History and am pursuing a teaching credential in elementary education. I work as a instructional aide to an autistic boy in a mainstream first grade classroom. In addition to assisting him in all his classwork I also help all the other students in all elementary subjects. My major was Film, Television, and Theater, but many Literature and History classes were also all required.
