My teaching style.... depends on the day, depends on the students, depends on the topic. One minute I can be dancing around the room and the next we're having a more serious discussion. My expectations are very high and I always push my students to do "just a bit better" than they think they can at that moment. At the end of the day, a lot of "just a bit better"'s add up to a whole lot! I wholeheartedly believe that each student has a potential that is limited only to their current experience--giving them new opportunities and showing them not only what they can do but what the world has to offer them... this can change a kid's life!

A Little Bit About Me...

I feel it is important to understand what is different and unique about every student. Not all students will learn in the same way, nor will they find their desire to learn in the same way. I feel it is my duty as a teacher to find what these ways are for every student. Differentiation is vital to the learning process and can only be executed effectively if you know your students.
In high school I tutored junior high students who were having trouble in with school. After high school I joined the U.S Navy, where I trained junior personal for three years. I used my G.I bill Benefits to attend the University of Connecticut, where I received my Bachelors in History with a minor in Political Science. Born as a Chinese national and I speak fluent Chinese Mandarin language and I studied Business in Accounting and graduated from SUNY Brockport in 1990 and my mathematical course I always get "A" on my grade (I even get 105 on my test score, believe it or not) and I still love math.
