I like to teach hands on as much as I can, but my goal is to teach in a way that helps the learner understand. I have been teaching science at the secondary level for over 17 years. I have taught chemistry and advanced chemistry, Earth science which includes "GOMA" Geology, Oceanography, Meteorology and Astronomy. I like to give examples of problems, and "problem solve" with the student through illustrative examples on paper or on the board.
