My comments on tutoring Elementary Math : Having taught math at every level from K-5th grade, I have been aware of the Common Core State Standards in math.

Over 16 years, I have taught various subjects for students with hearing impairments. I also have experience in teaching students with multiple disabilities as well. I enjoyed seeing the children learn and show pride in their accomplishments. I loved helping these children grow and improve their test scores. Many of children showed marked improvement in their work. I found different strategies of teaching worked best with different children. I tried to teach to each child in a way that was best for them.
