I have taken a college methods course that taught me a wide array of information about the human voice and how to teach and sing. I also have experience with an a capella group and an all female Four-Part Harmony group called the Sweet Adelines. I have played Trumpet for 9 years, Clarinet for 3, and have taken numerous college methods courses that teach me how to play and teach many other instruments. I am a music education major at Towson University, but I live near Salisbury, MD, and love to help and tutor children in this field during the summer. I like to incorporate a sense of humor in my teaching - I believe when children can relax they are much more open to learning.
