I would like to share my experience with the people I teach on how to use many of the short cuts in both math and physics for a better understanding of the topics covered. Also I encourage students to do as many practice problems as possible; I believe with enough practice, everyone can become experts even at the difficult topics.
The education that I have received in Biology and Chemistry enabled me to develop excellent skills not only in many of the life sciences and physics but also math. I am a very laid-back, out going person but I never stray from the main goal at hand. I strive to help educate children the best way possible, and would like to make a difference in their life. My education growing up was very positive, and going to a smaller school enabled me to have one on one contact with my educators. During my college career I worked in a chemistry lab and this helped me learn and understand all aspects of chemistry and I trained 2 undergrads. I was also taught chemistry at after school programs and tutored students. I started tutoring math to people in high school but through college I tutored chemistry. I love them both.
