I believe a successful instructor is the most important part of teaching; one who is knowledgeable, wise, and be able to effectively communicate the knowledge to the students. I believe this can be achieved primarily by knowing the entirety of the subject taught and being able to connect with the students on an individual basis. A Little Bit About Me...

After my training in graduate studies, I have come to believe in heuristics method of teaching. I believe the students are best served when we motivate, encourage and provide an environment so students can begin learning on their own unique style.
